After not reading much since high school, outside of my university studies, I embarked on a mission to read 40 books a year. Over the last 10 years I’ve read over 400 novels, mostly non-fiction, with the list below

• Trained in Taekwondo for four years as a kid, receiving my Blackbelt. This required rigorous testing and study multiple times a week. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that focuses on both physical combat techniques and mental discipline. It is known for its emphasis on high, fast, and powerful kicks, as well as a variety of hand strikes, blocks, and other techniques. Taekwondo translates to “the way of the foot and fist”

• Piano and Guitar – Played guitar for three years as a kid where I learned to read sheet music, and recently learned how to play Piano
• RyanG Live – is a first of its kind 90 minute musical comedy where we mix stand up comedy, and crowd work, with musical performances where Ryan shows off his amazing voice

I’ve given over 300k to the charities below to promote global well being and spur innovation. I also give blood at American Red Cross, power red donation every 112 days, to save lives for those in need. To date I have given 30 blood donations, saving more than 90 lives in the process

• 86 countries, including every continent except Antarctica. I never left the United States until I was 23 years old! I’ve summitted multiple mountains, scuba dived all over the world, and really explored in my 20’s and early 30’s. I’ve done group trips with over 1500 friends, sometimes up to 50 people on a trip.
